For INS testing, why power line coupling is done to single line only? Like Electrical Fast Transient/Burst testing to IEC61000-4-4, if testing is done simultaneously to all lines, can testing be done much faster?
NoiseKenTesting for each line separately is very meaningful. Generally, Line and Neutral are not equal if they are viewed in terms of high frequency, which means there may be different test results between line-to-ground and neutral-to-ground modes.
