Noise Laboratory Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Noiseken”) duly recognizes the importance of private information for the protection or personal information and hereby establish the following stipulations pertaining to the handling of private information.

Privacy Policy

1. Noiseken shall acquire, within the confines of the purpose of providing the services and performing the business pertaining to its business activity, and private information by means of legal acts and judicially.
2. Noiseken shall not acquire delicate information pertaining to privacies.
3. Noiseken shall use private information in the possession of Noiseken only for providing the services, products, merchandises, solutions, related after-sales servicing, all kinds of events information and the attendant business pertaining to its business activity.
4. Noiseken shall specify the internal rules and systems in order to protect private information.
5. Private information in the possession of Noiseken shall not be shared to any third party or person unless otherwise the consent of the possessor for the sharing can be acquired to Noiseken or it is legally provided.
6. Noiseken shall conduct every kind of appropriate means or measure in order to prevent illegal access to private information in the possession of Noiseken.
7. Noiseken shall conduct every kind of means or measure in order to protect private information against the loss, destruction, malicious alteration, and leakage, and take the corrective reaction whenever such sign may be shown.
8. Noiseken shall obey the laws pertaining to private information for use and management of private information.
9. Noiseken shall reexamine the provisions of this Private Policy whenever the necessity may arise and amend it continuously.

Noiseken shall use private information in the possession of Noiseken only for providing the services, products, merchandises, solutions, related after-sales servicing, all kinds of events information and the attendant business pertaining to its business activity.

Procedures for Private Information Disclosure

Disclosure of Private information in the possession of Noiseken shall be inquired to following desk only by the original possessors. The disclosure shall be provided only in written documents. When the disclosure is made, information verifying the identity of the possessor will be required.

Private Information Use Purpose and Sharing to Third Party or Person

Noiseken shall use any private information which is provided by the possessors in goodwill for developing and providing better merchandises and effective information, and for accomplishing its duties based on the agreements and the other justifiable purposes. Noiseken shall neither use any private information which is provided by the possessors in goodwill nor resell, borrow or leak it to any third party or person for the purposes other than the aforesaid provisions. However, there may be cases when Noiseken shares private information in the possession of Noiseken to third party or person in compliance with laws within the necessary scope.
