I conducted some measurements for voltage and current waveform with the EUT by using HV probes and a current probe. The readings on the LCD monitor does not match the peaks I got. What is the reason?
NoiseKenThe voltage and current monitor circuitry are placed at output part of the generator (not CDN). Due to this, and also due to the insufficient accuracy to the targeted measurement range, which is extremely broad, tens of V to 15kV and several A to 7.5kA, the monitor circuitry cannot always provide exact readings.
