In addition to an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of ≧400MHz, the following two coaxial high voltage attenuator are required: AT-810, 40dB attenuator, 50 ohm input and 50 ohm output and AT-810, 40 dB attenuator, 1k ohm input and 50 ohm output. 

For measurement of the output waveform at an output of the CDN, 02-00131A conversation adapter (screw terminal to coaxial) is required.  An additional attenuator may be required depending on voltage setting on the FNS and the scope’s maximum input. 

The Noiseken FNS simulator and its options use the manufacturer-designed HV coaxial connectors. No connectivity with any other commercially available ones is provided.
