When measuring the output waveform by using the AT-810/00-00017A HV coaxial attenuator, the correct waveform seems to be measured against 2kV output voltage setting on the INS. With 1kV setting, the measured waveform seems to be OK first, but after a while no output is gotten. Is there a failure on any part of the INS?
