When measuring the output waveform by using the AT-810/00-00017A HV coaxial attenuator, the peak amplitude (envelope of the waveform) is unstable. Additionally, pulse timing (repetition rate) is sometimes random irrespective of the setting on INS trigger modes (PHASE or VARIABLE). Is there a failure on any part of the INS?
