This product is a CR unit without internal capacitors and resistors (dummy type) used in the Discharge Gun GT-30R series.
It provides output with only the first peak and no second peak during electrostatic testing. It can be used for isolating and evaluating countermeasures against malfunction during electrostatic testing.

This is the tip cup of a discharge gun used to form the current waveform defined by ISO standards.

We have versions available for the 330Ω test (03-00071A) and the 2kΩ test (03-00072A).

It allows for a more rigorous ESD (electrostatic discharge) resistance evaluation.

This discharge chip has a higher peak discharge current and a faster rise time for contact discharge. ESD testing is said to be one of the most demanding immunity tests, but it can be used as an accelerated test to further improve product quality and to verify the reproduction of unusual ESD phenomena that occur in the field.

This is a case that can hold 8 standard size CR units used with the Discharge Gun GT-3OR series and 4 CR units for 500pF.

Connected to the NoiseKen ESD gun, this tip allows for a waveform with higher peak amplitude and a faster rise time. It is a common view that ESD immunity testing is the most challenging and passing the standard test does not always assure real world immunity.
